Player Code of Conduct

Being a Tucker Tiger is about more than just playing baseball. It's about being a good teammate and respecting the game. All players are expected to follow this code of conduct.

As a Tucker Tigers Player, I will:

  • Always play my best and have fun.
  • Be a good sport, whether we win or lose. I will cheer for my teammates and congratulate the other team.
  • Show respect to my coaches and listen when they are talking.
  • Show respect to the umpires and accept their calls without arguing.
  • Never bully, taunt, or make fun of any other player—on my team or the other team.
  • Control my temper. I will not throw my helmet, bat, or glove in anger.
  • Be on time for practices and games.
  • Work hard to learn the rules and improve my skills.

Consequences

Players who do not follow this code may have reduced playing time, be asked to sit out a game, or in serious cases, be removed from the league.
